1. Intellectual Property Complaint Commitment

If you believe that materials on queckon or platforms linked to elarag infringe upon your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, please submit a formal complaint via our online intellectual property complaint email: service@mail.elarag.com.

2. Required Information for a Formal Complaint

Your complaint must include the following information to be processed:

 

1. The physical or electronic signature of an individual authorized to act on behalf of the intellectual property owner whose rights are alleged to have been infringed.

2. Detailed identification information of the infringed intellectual property, including the relevant registration number and country of registration (if applicable).

3. Detailed identification information of the suspected infringing material, including its specific location on the website or application, and sufficient details to assist elarag in locating the material.

4. If the complaint involves a design, clearly indicate the design you believe has been infringed and provide its registration number.

5. If the complaint involves a utility model, clearly indicate the utility model you claim has been infringed and provide a court order or judgment supporting your claim.

6. Your complete company name, affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, phone number, and email address.

7. A statement that you sincerely believe the use of the suspected infringing material is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, their agent, or under applicable law.

8. A statement certifying that all information in your notification is accurate and correct, that you are the intellectual property owner or authorized to act on their behalf, and that you agree to bear the penalties for perjury arising from any false statements.

3. Actions elarag May Take After Receiving a Complaint

Upon receiving a valid complaint, we reserve the right to take the following measures:

 

• Delete or disable access to the suspected infringing material;

• Disable all links to the suspected infringing material;

• Notify the suspected infringer that we have deleted or disabled access to the relevant material;

• Terminate access to and use of elarag services by any user or third party who repeatedly infringes upon elarag’s or others’ intellectual property rights;

• Take other measures as provided in our Terms of Service or policies.

4. Copyright Notice

elarag or its affiliates shall be the owner of all intellectual property rights, titles, and interests in the elarag website and related mobile applications. This includes, but is not limited to:

 

• Copyrights in the website and related mobile applications;

• Intellectual property rights in the technology used to provide services available on the website and related mobile applications.

 

These copyrights and intellectual property rights are strictly protected by international and national laws.
