  • Your order is accepted, and the contract with the Company is completed, only when the Company sends an email confirming the goods have been shipped. Only products listed in this shipping confirmation are included in the contract.

    a) The ordered product is out of stock, withdrawn for failing to meet quality standards, or subject to shipping restrictions;

    c) Failure to obtain payment authorization;

7. Delivery & Pickup

  • When placing an order, you will receive a reminder of the expected delivery time. Our team will attempt to deliver within this timeframe but cannot guarantee it.

  • Each order is insured during shipment until delivery or pickup.

  • You must sign a receipt confirmation upon pickup. After signing, you assume responsibility for the goods.

  • If the pickup person is not the original purchaser or the product is a gift, you accept their signature as proof of delivery—indicating the Company has completed your order and you have accepted the transfer of responsibility.

  • The Company reserves the right to update delivery policies at its sole discretion without prior notice.

8. Return Policy

The Company offers a 7-Day No-Reason Return Policy to ensure the best online shopping experience. If you are unsatisfied with the item for any reason, you may return it for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

 

  • a) Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.

  • b) Returned items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, packed in the original packaging, and with intact swing tickets.

  • To return an item, fill out the return form included with your delivery and ship it back with the item. If you lose the form, contact our customer service to request a copy via email.

  • Note: The freight for returned items is your responsibility.
